The situation 

Kirit and Aruna Patel had remortgaged with Nathan Blissett personally before he set up Dwello Mortgages as a company – and there was no question that they were not going to go back to him.

They own three properties, one of which is their own and two are buy-to-let mortgages, which they let to family members.

Their portfolio of properties means it is a lot of work when remortgaging comes up.

The outcome 

A remortgage has never been missed and in fact it is already ready, with options presented to Kirit, well in advance of the renewal dates.

“He prempts when things are coming up and contacts me before I have had a chance to worry about it myself.

“Before he even contacts me he has got all the necessary information already and it enables me to have time to get any additional information he needs together audit wise, to give me the best options.

“I know I am always getting the best deal when I use Dwello Mortgages – normally people may just sign again for another two years as it is a big job looking at remortgaging, but Nathan gives you all the options, knows what’s happening in the market and knows what’s best.


“He doesn’t just look at now, he knows what the next two years are going to be like too and all these things are considered to give you the best deal.”

The experience 

Kirit said the time and stress Dwello saves him and Aruna by sorting the remortgaging of their portfolio of properties is ‘invaluable’.

“I have a very high level of confidence and trust in Nathan – it is always a straightforward process and he presents you with all options – saying ‘have you considered this’ and ‘thought of that’.

“He provides the information, we discuss the options and then we go forward to final payments.

“It is worth paying that extra fee to get it sorted because you may think you know what you’re doing, but it is much better to get a professional – he points out things you didn’t even think about and helped with the extras too, like mortgage protection.

“It is so much easier to do it through one person when you have a portfolio of properties.”
